• Sleep with your head propped up
• Avoid strenuous exercise for about three weeks
• Start with soft foods
• Drink plenty of fluids
• Take medications as advised

Recovery after blepharoplasty is generally quicker, with most swelling and bruising improving within a couple of weeks. Combining these procedures may result in a longer overall recovery period.
