What is RF microneedling?

Radiofrequency (RF) microneedling is an advanced skin enhancement procedure that works by stimulating collagen growth in your deep and superficial tissues. This results in faster and more effective healing of scars and blemishes, even old ones.

Even without the addition of RF energy, microneedling stimulates skin healing by creating micro-injuries in your epidermis. Using the Secret RF device, your aesthetician can adjust the depths of the needles. They emit radiofrequency to heat your deep tissues for more dramatic skin healing.

PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) treatment can also be added on to Secret RF microneedling to help achieve optimal results. Your blood is drawn and spun in a centrifuge to separate the platelets from the rest of the blood. That plasma is then used to help expedite skin healing and regeneration.

You may go home right away after RF microneedling, but you should be mindful of protecting your skin. Wear plenty of sunscreen, avoid hot baths, and stop using any exfoliants or irritating products.
